- You and your team are responsible for the architecture, operation, support and further development of the global Windows client infrastructure at HUGO BOSS.
- You will promote the professional and personal development of your employees through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback.
- You are the link between our specialist departments, enterprise architects and IT colleagues at our international locations.
- You plan and manage the use of external resources and IT service providers
- As part of the IT workplace management team, you will help shape the department's strategy and roadmap
- You will lead our Windows client management platform based on Intune and Windows 11 into the cloud
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or have a comparable background
- You have a good overview of the Microsoft Windows 10/11 world in the enterprise environment and have practical experience with global deployments
- You have relevant professional and/or disciplinary leadership experience and a solid leadership mindset that fits the values of HUGO BOSS
- You have an inner drive for the development of people and topics
- With your optimism, you are able to inspire those around you and find creative solutions
- You communicate confidently in all directions and find the right level for your audience
- You keep your eye on the essentials in the face of uncertainty, complexity and dynamics and stay cool in pressurised situations
