- Develop and execute the Digital Workplace adoption strategy
- Manage the entire Digital Workplace adoption lifecycle, from needs assessment to continuous improvement
- Identify and manage the implementation of digital adoption solution projects
- Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by Digital Workplace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business units, to ensure alignment of digital workplace services with organisational goals and objectives
- Represent the technical delivery of Digital Workplace services across the organisation
- Bechalor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Many years of experience in Digital Workplace and its implementation
- Technical knowledge of digital workplace technologies
- Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams and other cloud-based services.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in English expected, German language skills desirable
