Our client, an automobile manufacturer and sport utility vehicle (SUV) and pick-up truck Producer is recruiting for a
Group Rating Expert to join their pro ject in
Germany.

Responsibilities:
Evaluation of Insurance Requirements in EU countries
Communication & Cooperation with Insurance Associations and distributors e.g. Thatcham, GDV, etc.
Supporting development department based on RCAR-crash results to enhance the damage ability and repairability of the vehicles
Planning of RCAR crashes and analysis of damageability behavior of the vehicles and their competitors
Benchmarking & analysis of vehicle structures, repair solutions, investigations of competitor vehicles
Proposal for competitive type classes of the models, based on benchmark results
Communication with supplier (technology investigation, sample parts purchase etc.) together with the engineers

Qualifications:

Several years of experience in the automotive environment
Excellent knowledge in the field of body repair, development, and Insurance Rating area
Experienced with Technical Regulations and Regulatory Affairs
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written), further language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
Very experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Very organized and structured way of working
Positive attitude, highly motivated, teamplayer and enjoy working in intercultural teams
Flexible regarding travels in EU and to China in order to collaborate with other developments and for project progress
