Deployment & Training Coordinator (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Designing a role

- and process-based training program for AIDA and Costa for the project - including training objectives, needs assessment, curriculum, and training plan

Coordinating and supervising the training content preparation for both shipside and shoreside users
Leading, organizing, and coordinating the training resources ship and shore side
Liaising with training stakeholders (including external course providers) to fulfil the defined training requirements
Coordinating the daytoday responsibilities and delivery of the deployment training program, ensuring efficient execution and adequate resource staffing for program needs
Working closely with the Deployment Training Leadership team to understand and assist in establishing metrics that measure the performance and success of ongoing deployment training efforts

Your Profile:

Profound working experience in the fields of Training and Learning
Experience in professional training within the Marine/Cruise industry
Experience in designing role

- and process-based training courses

Basic experience in Process, Change and Project Management
Very good skills in Microsoft Office
Experience with maintenance processes and software
Independent work ethic
Very good written and spoken English
Solutionoriented approach and networking skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
