Deployment & Training Coordinator (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:


  • Designing a role
- and process-based training program for AIDA and Costa for the project - including training objectives, needs assessment, curriculum, and training plan

  • Coordinating and supervising the training content preparation for both shipside and shoreside users
  • Leading, organizing, and coordinating the training resources ship and shore side
  • Liaising with training stakeholders (including external course providers) to fulfil the defined training requirements
  • Coordinating the daytoday responsibilities and delivery of the deployment training program, ensuring efficient execution and adequate resource staffing for program needs
  • Working closely with the Deployment Training Leadership team to understand and assist in establishing metrics that measure the performance and success of ongoing deployment training efforts

Your Profile:


  • Profound working experience in the fields of Training and Learning
  • Experience in professional training within the Marine/Cruise industry
  • Experience in designing role
- and process-based training courses

  • Basic experience in Process, Change and Project Management
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with maintenance processes and software
  • Independent work ethic
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Solutionoriented approach and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
