Your Role

Your Impact

  • Develop, implement and govern sales strategies, plans, and processes to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to provide insights and recommendations for sales performance improvement.
  • Lead the sales operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Optimize and streamline sales processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance the sales technology stack, including CRM system, sales analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver sales reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide visibility into sales performance and trends.
  • Drive sales training and development programs to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales operations function.
Your Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and developing highperforming teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align sales operations initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency within a sales organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Enthusiasm and being a good team worker are essential qualities
