Explore your tasks and responsibilities:

Filing organization, compilation and coordination of electronic data and documents of both internal documentation and documentation from suppliers and subcontractors. Management, provision and dispatch of documents in electronic and paper form Administration and maintenance of metadata of projectspecific databases Organizing the timely compilation and delivery of contractually agreed documents Coordination and processing of projectspecific documentation to be provided to the customer as well as deadline tracking Ensuring a troublefree and economical document flow Filing of electronic data in documentation systems Conversion of specifications into uniform, structured project documentation Preparation of evaluations on the status of documentation progress
Show your expertise:

Successfully completed technical/commercial training, lateral entrants also welcome

Professional experience in documentation, administration and document control Distinct IT affinity Very good knowledge of MS-Office Fluent German and English Willingness to travel High social competence, communicativeness, determination and perseverance Our people are the corner stone of our success, and I believe one of the most important investments we can make is to care for their wellbeing.
