- Konzeption neuer & zeitgemäßer Infotainment-Formate zur Darbietung an Bord unserer Mein Schiff-Flotte einschl. Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung
- Auswahl und Steuerung externer Infotainer (z.B. Lektoren, Tanzlehrer, Pastoren, Gastkünstler, Workshop-Leiter etc.) inkl. Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Übersichtslisten zur langfristen Einsatzplanung
- Qualitätssicherung der Infotainment-Formate
- Enge Kommunikation mit dem Schiffsteam zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Infotainer-Einsätze an Bord
- Eigenständige Arbeit an Projekten sowie deren Auswertung
- Budgetverantwortung für Infotainment-Verträge
- Anleitung von Praktikanten & Werkstudenten
- Unterstützung bei der operativen und administrativen Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau oder ein Studium mit einem vergleichbaren Schwerpunkt wie Kulturwissenschaft, Tourismus- oder Veranstaltungsmanagement, Eventmanagement, BWL oder Marketing
- Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kulturmanagement, Tourismus, Eventmanagement, Eventmarketing oder Veranstaltungsmanagement. Zusätzliche Erfahrung in der Kreuzfahrtbranche ist von Vorteil
- Du bringst ein aktuelles Wissen über unterhaltsame Infotainment-Formate mit und verfügst über ein gutes Gespür für unsere Zielgruppe
- Dein Interesse an Projektarbeit zeigt sich in einem fundierten Verständnis dafür, wie und welche Formate budgetgerecht umsetzbar sind
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus und besitzt ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie eine starke soziale Kompetenz sind für diese Position unerlässlich
- Du bist in der Lage, auch unter Zeit- und Termindruck souverän zu agieren
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Word, runden dein Profil ab
