    We are a growing team looking for aPeople Operations Partnerin theHR/Peopledepartment to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in ourBerlinoffice.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO ...

    As a People Operations Partner you are the first point of contact for most of your colleagues. You will work on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. There is also opportunity to work on strategic projects while you collaborate with other departments in the People organization. While your main focus will be collaborating with your German colleagues, there will be scope to work with your colleagues based in Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid...

    Some of your daily tasks will include the following. We are looking for people with a broad range of knowledge/skills but there is scope to be an expert on our team as well.

    • Prepare employment agreements and handle general contract management
    • Assist international newcomers with visa processes and integration in Berlin
    • Contribute to team projects, such as HRIS is opportunity to get involved in your passion projects
    • Support with HR reporting that is needed for many stakeholders in the organization
    • Organize and manage personnel records by utilizing internal HRIS
    • Ensure a smooth transition from candidate offer to newcomer onboarding all the way to offboarding

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ...

    • 3+ years of experience with general administrative people topics such as absence and contract management, forms and certificates, labor law, German visa processes, or payroll
    • Fluency in English and German
    • Excellent communication and organization skills, a proactive mindset and high service orientation
    • Detail-oriented approach to work and ability to handle confidential information
    • Someone who is resilient and wants to be part of an exciting scale up adventure at sennder
