- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Konzepten für eine moderne, interne und externe Technologiekommunikation
- Eigenständige Entwicklung und Realisierung von kreativen Kommunikationsinhalten, insbesondere zu Themen aus Operations, R&D und Digitalisierung
- Platzierung von relevanten Inhalten und Botschaften in den Medien
- Beratende Unterstützung der Bereiche Operations, R&D und Digitalisierung in Kommunikationsangelegenheiten
- Sicherstellung der Schaeffler One-Voice-Policy
- Beantwortung von Presseanfragen sowie fachliche Freigabe von Text-, Video- und Bildmaterial
- Erstellung von Briefing-Unterlagen und Begleitung des Managements bei medienwirksamen Veranstaltungen
- Planung und Durchführung von Presseveranstaltungen in enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Fachrichtung Kommunikationswissenschaften, Technikjournalismus oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Nachgewiesenes Verständnis von technologischen Zukunftsthemen im Automobil- und Industriebereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung in redaktioneller Tätigkeit, bevorzugt im Konzernumfeld
- Hohe Sprachkompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technologische Sachverhalte auf den Punkt zu bringen
- Erfahrungen in der Moderation von Gesprächsrunden in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
