Your responsibilities


In your role as Battery Lifecycle Specialist, you overlook the complete lifecycle of High-Voltage Automotive Batteries and you act as an interface and sets up the necessary working and logistic processes with the production, repair supplier, warehouse, and dealer.


  • You provide technical support to the retailer network and are the point of reference for all Battery related questions.
  • In close cooperation with the mother company, you define and implement the repair and remanufacturing processes as well as the key contributor for field quality issues analysis based on warranty data analysis and technical cases.
  • You are responsible for the definition and implementation of logistics processes on a European level in cooperation with the logistics specialists of the mother company. Generating reports on technical issues and life cycle costs is also included.
  • You monitor the efficiency of internal processes with a lean mindset, as well as develop and implement the necessary improvement measures.
  • Communicating with R&D to report technical issues and feedback on quality issues as well as extracting technical data from the battery to provide technical expertise are also your responsibilities.
  • You generate overviews for dealers and Markets about all relevant processes and follow up on EU legislations regarding High-Voltage Automotive batteries and suggest changes.

What you bring along

  • You are passionate about electrical vehicles with a deep technical automotive understanding.
  • You bring a strong commitment and positive work ethic in order to deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • You have relevant experience in the area of high voltage regulations and processes as well as experience built from a retailer with afterward transition to importer, not necessarily within Automotive
  • You have experience working for a retailer, with a subsequent transition to an importer, not necessarily in an automotive company.
  • You have a university degree in (automotive) Engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English ideally also fluent in another European language.
