On a typical day, you utilize your creativity to develop engaging internal communication activities to keep the teams informed, motivated and engaged.

You will have touchpoints with CM members from across the globe and interactions with stakeholders from the business, providing expert guidance to different colleagues on employee engagement activities.

How You'll Make an Impact

Assisting to connect employees with Siemens Energy/Grid Technologies
Acting as a partner to the business and communicator with a strong interest in the energy industry
Lead, Develop, Drive and Deliver highimpact target group specific employee campaigns and programs
Partnering with various stakeholders and senior leaders from across the company including corporate functions, regions, and strategy
Using both communications and data skills to tell a compelling Siemens Energy story across the Grid Technologies organization that reflects the role that employees play in delivering on the business strategy and accelerating business transformation and growth
Bringing the Siemens Energy brand to life through bestinclass creative and innovative employee engagement campaigns and contents, delivered in ways that inspire and energize employees
Understand how and where to leverage data and databased insights to build, adapt and evolve employee engagement campaigns.
Participate as an integral part of a global communication team and Grid Technologies team to drive employee communication strategies and tactics that contribute to the Siemens Energy transformation

What You Bring

Preferable Bachelor of Communication/ Journalism or equivalent
35 years of experience with employee, online or digital communications
Excellent knowledge of German and English to navigate in an international environment
Content development and storytelling skills, ability to reflect technical content and deliver engaging Employee Communications
Clear understanding of the Energy Market, social media knowledge on all SoMe channels is a plus
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, writing and proofreading skills
Excellent stakeholder management including external agencies and strong project management experience, including physical and virtual events
Availability to travel when required
