    Du arbeitest an einem unserer Standorte in Kempten (Allgäu), München, Hamburg oder vollständig remote mit der Bereitschaft zu Besuchen an unserem Headquarter in Kempten (Allgäu).

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Steuerung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Unternehmenskommunikation und dabei insbesondere unseres Numbat Intranets
  • Du kümmerst Dich eigenständig um die täglichen operativen Aufgaben der externen Kommunikationskanäle sowie um die Bearbeitung sämtlicher eingehender Nachrichten und Anfragen mit Unterstützung durch die Fachabteilungen und in engem Austausch mit unserem CEO und C-Level
  • Du wirkst tatkräftig beim Ausbau einer aktiven Pressearbeit mit und übernimmst die Betreuung von nationalen sowie internationalen Medienkontakten
  • Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Organisation und Umsetzung kommunikationsbezogener interner und externer Events wie etwa Presseterminen, Podcast-Auftritten, Webinaren oder All-Hands-Meetings
  • Ebenso unterstützt Du bei der Ausarbeitung kreativer Aktionen (Offline & Online) und der Umsetzung von zielgruppengerechten Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Darüber hinaus zählt die Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reportings, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Präsentationen zu Deinen Aufgaben

    • Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschafts- oder Medien- & Kommunikationswissenschaften oder hast eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation/Journalismus
  • Du besitzt mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Unternehmenskommunikation und idealerweise bereits Kontakte in der Medienbranche
  • Du bist sicher und geübt in der Kommunikation an interne und externe Stakeholder, wortgewandt und verfügst über ausgeprägte sprachliche Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast Spaß an kommunikationsbezogenen Themen und bringst Deine Ideen gerne auch proaktiv ein
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer offenen und aufgeschlossenen Persönlichkeit
  • Du zeichnest Dich nicht nur durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus, sondern ebenso durch Hands-on-Mentalität, Zielstrebigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Du beherrschst sowohl die deutsche als auch die englische Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift

    Numbat ist ein Clean-Tech Unternehmen aus Kempten (Allgäu) mit weiteren Standorten in München, Aachen und Hamburg. Unsere Kompetenz liegt im Betreiben von Schnellladelösungen mit integriertem Batteriespeicher. Unser Ziel ist die Etablierung von Europas dichtester Schnellladeinfrastruktur zur Unterstützung der E-Mobilitätswende und deren Herausforderungen. Durch den integrierten Batteriespeicher werden Installationskosten minimiert und Netze entlastet. Die integrierte Schnellladesäule ermöglicht es Kunden, ihre Elektrofahrzeuge innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten vollzuladen.
