Du bist verantwortlich für die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsvorbereitungs- und Fertigungsprozesse unter Beachtung der Industriestandards sowie neuester technischer Entwicklungen
Die Überführung der E-BOM (Engineering-Bill of Materials) hin zu einer M-BOM (Manufacturing-Bill of Materials) unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Baustufen liegt in der Verantwortung deiner Fachgruppe
Du übernimmst die Planung und Steuerung der Vorserienbauten in allen Projekten und bist ME-seitiger Ansprechpartner bei Kapazitätsberechnungen im Werk
Die termingerechte Erstellung und Pflege der APQP-Elemente der Produktion für alle Projekte liegt in deinem Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich
Du wirkst mit deinem Team bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Standardisierung unserer Prozesse und Abläufe mit, von der Ideenfindung bis hin zur unternehmensweiten Umsetzung
Zur Erfüllung deiner Aufgaben und Verantwortungen leitest du ein lokales Team, bestehend aus Manufacturing Engineering, BOM-Engineering und Prototype Shop, welches du zielgerichtet einsetzt und unter Achtung der Unternehmenswerte führst
Du verfügst über langjährige relevante Erfahrung in der internationalen Produktion von Sitzen, vorzugsweise Automobilsitzen
Du hast umfangreiche Kenntnisse in den Methoden des Lean Managements
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du bist bereit, internationale Dienstreisen anzutreten
