- Sie sind Teil des Management Teams und verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Produktion unserer qualitätsgerechten Produkte im Werk Neuburg
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung des Produktionsbereiches
- Planung des Produktionsbudgets in Abstimmung mit dem Werkleiter und Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des Budgets
- Erstellung der notwendigen Kapazitäts- und Personalplanungen unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitätserfordernisse
- Unterstützung der Erstellung von Investitionsplänen
- Verbesserung der Herstellprozesse
- Förderung, Entwickelung und Coaching Ihres Teams
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches und produktionsnahes Studium oder vergleichbar
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem produzierenden Unternehmen sind von Vorteil
- Idealerweise besitzen Sie ein fundiertes Verständnis der Lean Methoden und Prinzipien
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit überzeugendem Auftreten und entsprechender Durchsetzungskraft mit der erforderlichen Empathie, ein Team zu führen
- Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenmotivation
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihre gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise ab
