    What you will do

  • Lead complex improvement and cost down projects to achieve agreed business targets (e. g. material qualification projects)
  • Accountable to achieve defined project results
  • Execute complex projects according to the agreed project plan andwithin agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)
  • Define competencies and resources needed
  • Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management
  • Manage all requested changes and establish change management process
  • Analyze project risks and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks
  • Align new and ongoing material qualification projects with the procurement team

    • What you will need

  • Master 's Degree ideally in a technical field
  • Min. 3 years experience in a similiar position
  • Experience within Semiconductors is a benefit (Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages)
  • PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit (or, future prospect)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient and assertive
  • Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects
  • A solution-focused mindset
  • Team player with a strong drive to achieve success and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
