Gas Portfolio Embedded IT is operating very close to our Gas Portfolio Managers and Traders.

We provide solutions in key areas such as Pricing, Position Reporting, Data Visualisation, Algorithmic Trading, Storage Optimisation and support any innovative trading ideas emerging from our business desks utilising today's most recent cloud technologies.

Assist the team / squads transitioning to agile working methodologies
Guide through the Scrum Ceremonies
Identify and guide the implementation of improvements
Coach the squad(s) in selforganisation, crossfunctional skillset
Exemplify and promote agile values and principles with the team and its customers

Your powerful skills

You have sufficient agile working experience in software development
You are keen on working with people and have profound experience in coaching teams
You are able to scale your Scum Master approach and coach more than one squad in the team
You can speak and write English fluently
You have strong skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, teamempowerment, and building a transparent culture

Advantageous, but not a must

Speaking German is an advantage
