- Sie bilden ein Team mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst zur regionalen Umsatzzielerreichung im Vertriebsgebiet.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden übernehmen Sie vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Auftrag folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Interessenten sowie aktive Kundengewinnung
- Angebotserstellung inkl. Klärung der Kundenanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst
- Aktive Angebotsnachverfolgung, Auftragsannahme und -anlage bis zur Rechnungsstellung im ERP-System (SAP)
- Zudem sind Sie verantwortlich für die Anlage und Überwachung von Deals und Tickets im CRM-System (HubSpot) sowie die Bearbeitung von Retouren und Garantieaustauschen.
- Darüber hinaus gehört die Stammdatenpflege im CRM-System und ERP-System zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, motivierte Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen sowie sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für innovative Produkte
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie sicheres professionelles Auftreten
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP-Software (idealerweise SAP Modul SD) sowie CRM wünschenswert
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
