Your mission:


As Head of Partner Management, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of more than 1.000 partners across Europe.

You will leverage your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong rapport to partners and stakeholders on senior level with the goal to grow and improve the portfolio.

At the same time you are a tough negotiator who secures attractive purchase conditions on the electricity that we buy from our partners and implements measures that secure SLA compliance of our partners.

As team lead you define negotiation strategy and tactics, empower your team and co-negotiate most relevant contracts together with your team members.

Together with other teams within DCS you drive process excellence, scalability and automation with the goal to professionalize tools and processes within the partner management.

Last but not least, you are an experienced leader and have a proven track record in building and leading diverse teams with clear vision, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and empathy.


Your profile:

- +10 years of experience in business development, partner and collaboration management, sales, purchasing or related fields

  • Expert in the EV charging industry with established network to key players
  • Experience in working in a high expectation environment with OEMs and Blue Chip Companies
  • Excellent and proven negotiation skills that enable you to negotiate complex constellations and contracts with stakeholders on all levels (up to Clevel)
  • Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in written form, with ability to build rapport with stakeholders from various business fields
  • Proven track record in building strong partnerships
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze market trends, business models and data to inform strategic decisionmaking
- +5 years of leadership experience with ability to lead and develop diverse teams, create strong team spirit with collaborative can-do mentality, and build solid and effective team structures

  • Proven experience of managing crossfunctional projects, establishing efficient working routines and driving professionalization of teams and business areas
