- Die technische Unterstützung der Service Techniker und lokalen Partner (remote & vor Ort) bei komplexeren Herausforderungen u. a. bei Analysen, Systeminbetriebnahmen oder Abnahmen von Systemen in der verantworteten Sub Region gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Übernahme von (System-)Inbetriebnahmen, Reparaturen und Analysen sowie deren Auswertung und Dokumentation im System
- Erstellung und Vermittlung interner Schulungsunterlagen sowie Arbeitsanweisungen
- Durchführung von Deltatrainings in der verantworteten Region
- Unterstützung von übergeordneten Projekten für den Service
- Abgeschlossenes fachbezogenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse mit abgeschlossener elektrotechnischer Ausbildung und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse der PV Technik, Netzwerk- oder Mittelspannungstechnik sind wünschenswert
- Führerschein Klasse B, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
