    Einleitung

    Sunova Solar is an integrated system solution provider focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of globally distributed solar products and the development of PV plant. We are committed to becoming the world's leading green energy supplier in PV business. Sunova Solar has set up branches or offices in Germany, Italy, Spain, France, USA, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, Mexico, Vietnam and other countries. Moreover, we have more than 100 industry-leading partners in 20+ countries and regions globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate new leads and convert them into customers by identifying and targeting potential clients in the solar market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing sales and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the solar market.
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments within the company, including marketing and operations, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall company goals.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on solar market trends and to network with key stakeholders.
    • Analyze sales data and use insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on sales metrics.
    • Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in Solar Industry sales, with a focus on the distribution, EPC or Utility
    • Knowledge of PV / Inverter/ Energy Storage products
    • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Knowledge of solar industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
    • Fluent German and English Speaking

    Job location: Germany (Remote, Home Office)
