    We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales department for a CDMO in the medical device sector. You will be working to support some of the biggest players in the healthcare sector in bringing new products to market.

    This role reports directly to the CEO.

    Location: Nuremberg (Hybrid)

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • Manage your team to ensure the development and expansion of the sales and marketing organization
    • Develop and implement the sales strategy
    • Expansion of existing customer business and acquisition of new business
    • Strengthen the customer-centric company culture
    • Plan, co-ordinate and control sales goals
    • Co-ordinate and implement marketing activities.

    What you bring:

    • Understanding of the medical devices industry, and related electronic systems
    • Experience successfully managing a sales team
    • Ambitious mindset, with a new customer acquisition focus
    • Fluent English and German.
