- In diesem Zusammenhang bist du zuständig für Reparaturarbeiten an Notebooks sowie für die Durchführung von Diagnosen und Problembehebung.
- Des Weiteren übernimmst du die Kommissionierung der ein- und abgehenden IT Ware und führst eigenständig Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangskontrollen durch.
- Zudem unterstützt du den 1st Level Support im Client IT-Umfeld sowie Rollout.
- Nicht zuletzt unterstützt du bei IT-Projekten und bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in von Client Hardware (Notebook, Desktop, Hybrid, Drucker)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
