- Lead the design and configuration of ITOM functionalities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on ITOM processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of ITOM solutions.
- Contribute to the development of project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform developments and best practices, continuously enhancing expertise in ITOM capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on ServiceNow ITOM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of IT operations management processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in both process and technical aspects of ServiceNow, with a focus on design-based solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications on Discovery and Service Mapping Implementation specialists are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and project teams.
- Fluency in German is essential for this role.
