- Analyse der geschäftlichen technischen Anforderungen der Tochtergesellschaften und deren Erfassung in DEVOPS
- Konsultation der Geschäftsanforderungen mit dem Entwickler
- Unterstützung der Benutzer in den verschiedenen Phasen des CRM-Einführungsprojekts
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Fehlern und Änderungswünschen der einzelnen Unternehmen der Elevion-Gruppe
- Vor-Ort-Teilnahme an den verschiedenen Teilen des CRM-Implementierungsprojekts mit dem Konzernunternehmen
- Technische Schulungen und Workshops für die Super Benutzer in den Tochtergesellschaften
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studiengang
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareeinführung im Bereich Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
- Sie haben Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden / Projekten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer, selbstständig, kreativ und kommunizieren offen und klar
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Probleme zu erkennen und zu lösen
