- Fertige Stellenausschreibungen bereitest du in unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem vor und veröffentlichst diese auf diversen Kanälen.
- Du koordinierst Termine für Vorstellungsgespräche, sowohl virtuell als auch vor Ort.
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt du das Team der Unternehmens- und Personalentwicklung bei Themen wie Reisekostenabrechnung, Optimierung der Ordner-Struktur und bei unseren Recruiting-Projekten.
- Du bist für die nächsten sechs Monate eingeschriebene*r Student*in, die Fachrichtung spielt dabei keine Rolle. Hauptsache du brennst für Recruiting und/oder HR.
- Ob telefonisch oder per E-Mail, mit deiner offenen und wertschätzenden Art begeisterst du Bewerbende für unser Unternehmen.

Damit trägt die VDI GmbH zu einer nachhaltigen und profitablen Entwicklung der ganzen Gruppe bei. Andererseits agiert sie als interner Dienstleister für die Tochtergesellschaften.
