- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Corporate Controlling, um ein erstklassiges FP&A-Kompetenzzentrum aufzubauen
- Steuerung von Planungs-, Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozessen und Förderung des Dialogs mit den Business Units
- Analyse, Interpretation und Beurteilung der finanziellen Leistung, Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Unterstützung des Unternehmens bei der Definition entsprechender Maßnahmen und Entscheidungsbedarfe
- Unterstützung der Performance-Analyse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen durch den Einsatz digitaler State-of-the-Art-Tools und Modellierung (z.B. für Szenarioanalysen, etc.)
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Berichten zur direkten Unterstützung des Kabi CFO
- Unterstützung internationaler Projekte und Initiativen
- Hochschulabschluss (Master) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, FP&A, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise in einem renommierten Beratungsunternehmen
- Sehr gute MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit multikulturellen und funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
