- Verantwortung für die Absicherung der gesamten Customer Journey von Pre-Auth zu Post-Auth über Capture-Mechanismen bis hin zu Aftersales-Aktivitäten - über alle Zahlungsarten und Channels hinweg
- Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner bei allen interdisziplinären Projekten wie Ländereinführungen, Store Openings, etc. sowie Briefing der Anforderungen in die Payment-Teams
- Verantwortung der Roadmap für erforderliche interne Systemverbesserungen in Abstimmung mit den Produkt- und IT-Teams
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der gruppenweiten Payment-Strategie online und instore
- Erschließung strategisch relevanter Business Cases für den Gesamtkonzern

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, Informatik oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Betrugs- und Bonitätsprüfung bei einem E-Commerce-Unternehmen, einem Zahlungsdienstleister, einem Kreditinstitut oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld, mit Kenntnissen in relevanten Instrumenten zur Bonitätssteuerung und Betrugsprävention
- Erfahrung in der Führung, strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Strukturierung von Teams, idealerweise im Bereich Betrugs- und Bonitätsprüfung
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, auch bei einer Vielzahl von komplexen Prozessen den Überblick zu behalten
- Starkes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
