- Durchführung von Wesentlichkeitsanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern
- Weiterentwicklung der weltweiten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und des -managementsystems
- Umsetzung globaler strategischer Initiativen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
- Beratung und Schulung aller Konzerngesellschaften in Fragen zur Nachhaltigkeit
- Verantwortung für externer Ratings MSCI, S&P Global, Sustainalytics) und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Verantwortung des Program Management "EcoVadis" zur Selbstbewertung der Produktionsstandorte und Bewertung der externen Lieferanten
- Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung des Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes ("LkSG") in Deutschland und mittelfristig in Europa ("CSDDD")
- Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung von ESG-Schulungen und Awareness-Kampagnen, inklusive interner ESG Kommunikation (Sharepoint & Teams)
- Aufbau einer weltweiten internen Plattform zum Teilen von Best Practices und Lessons Learned für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Nachhaltigkeitsberichtes
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Umweltmanagement oder vergleichbarer Studiengang, Master von Vorteil.
- Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in internantional tätigen Unternehmen/Konzernen
- Kenntnisse über Nachhaltigkeitsframeworks und -regulatorik (UN Global Compact, SDGs, CSRD, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, etc.)
- Kenntnisse zu relevanten ISO Normen (ISO , ISO , ISO , etc), Auditoren-Qualifikation vorteilhaft
- Kenntnisse über Nachhaltigkeitsbewertungen, Ratings und Rankings wie EcoVadis, MSCI, S&P Global
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Kreativität und Durchsetzungvermögen
