Your impact:

Secondlevel support for Google Workplace, MS Office and inhouse developments
Analyze, process and solve support requests
Codesign and implement securityrelevant and quality assurance measures
Prepare, execute and control regular and irregular changes and security audits as well as communicate with the other teams
Analyze the process and solve the bottlenecks when necessary
Prepare and maintain documentation
Support in the development and deployment of Chrome extensions

Who you are:

As a reliable team player with your enthusiasm for IT,, you are particularly suited to this role. New creative ways of finding solutions are your strength.

You also have the following qualifications:

Completed training in the field of IT or studies with a focus on IT
Software development and JavaScript knowledge is preferred
Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
Very good German and English, both written and spoke
