Your Role

Position Overview: As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of sales operations, including but not limited to (SFDC) roll-out, reporting, sales asset coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

Responsibilities:

Complete (SFDC) Roll Out: Lead the implementation and optimization of SFDC across the organization, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization by the sales team.
Reporting Management: Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure Correct Use of SFDC: Oversee the proper use of SFDC, ensuring that all sales processes, including close plans and MEDDPIC qualification, are accurately documented and adhered to.
Prospect Target List Generation: Utilize market research and sales data to generate prospect target lists for sales representatives, enabling them to effectively prioritize their outreach efforts.
Coordinate with Product and Marketing: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales assets, including presentations, case studies, and collateral, to support the sales process.
Administrative Tasks: Manage various administrative tasks such as SharePoint management, contract management, and other ad-hoc tasks to support the sales operations function.

Your Skills

Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
SFDC: Proficiency in (SFDC) administration and reporting is required.
Strength: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Soft skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tools: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and contract management systems is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus.
