- Generierung und Bearbeitung von Leads
- Pflege und Entwicklung von Vertriebskontakten sowie lokales Key-Account-Management (Investitionsgüter und Konsumgüter)
- Erreichung von Umsatzzielen und Berichterstattung von KPIs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebs- und Servicekollegen Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung von Marketing- und Geschäftsstrategien
- Erstellung strategischer und operativer Businesspläne und Forecasts Verkauf der Softwarelösung "CANEXIS" und des Endoskop-Reparatur-Service (ERS)
- Kundendatenpflege im CRM-System
