- Leitung und Koordination des operativen Kinogeschäftes gemeinsam mit dem Management-Team
- Anleitung, Führung und Motivation der ca. 60 Servicekräfte
- Aktive Unterstützung des General Managers bei allen operativen Aufgaben (wie z.B. Tages- und Monatsabschluss, Personaleinsatzplanung, Filmdisposition, Marketing, Bestellungen)
- Organisation und Begleitung von Sonderveranstaltungen, Firmenveranstaltungen und anderen Events
- Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Geschäftspartner und Lieferanten
- Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung in einem serviceorientierten Umfeld mit viel Kundenkontakt beispielsweise als Schichtleiter, Supervisor, Schichtführer, Deputy Manager, Floormanager oder stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Store Manager / Restaurant Manager /Standortleiter / Betriebsleiter / Restaurantleiter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Position
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Systemgastronomie oder im Theaterbereich oder ein entsprechendes abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung und Freude am direkten Umgang mit Menschen
- Bereitschaft im Wechseldienst, in den Abendstunden und am Wochenende tätig zu sein
- Kommunikationsstärke, hohes Organisationstalent gepaart mit Flexibilität und Stressresistenz

Assistant General Manager / Assistenz der Betriebsleitung / Theaterleitungsassistent (m/w/d)
Du kannst es kaum erwarten, dass der neue Blockbuster startet? Du liebst es, Gastgeber zu sein und anderen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern? Du hast ein großes Organisationstalent? Erfolgreiche Kandidaten (m/w/d) bringen mindestens erste Führungserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Branche (beispielsweise Systemgastronomie, Hotellerie, Einzelhandel oder Eventbranche - Quereinsteiger mit Begeisterung für das Kino sind ausdrücklich willkommen) mit und haben Lust, unseren Kunden ein tolles Kinoerlebnis zu bieten.
