    Your Role

    • Leading the project of launching new short-term rental units in Berlin
    • You will have end-to-end ownership of the entire project, from inception to completion:
    • Finding and securing suitable spaces for repurposing into vacation rentals,
    • Submitting building applications and leading discussions with regulators, and
    • Administering construction to ensure timely and quality completion.
    • You will manage relationships with external stakeholders such as property owners, architects, public offices or handymen, and
    • Collaborate intensively with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of the project
    • Upon successful completion of the project, there will be a chance to stick around as a full-time team member


    What you will add to our crew

    • You demonstrate an autonomous and proactive approach to projects, preferring a hands-on, field-oriented work style.
    • You embody a high level of ambition, eagerly rolling up your sleeves and diving into tasks to achieve ambitious targets.
    • You are native in German and fluent in English (C2).
