    We are looking for your support as a Senior Accountant (m/f/o), remote as soon as possible.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for the preparation of financial statements as per German GAAP (HGB) and IFRSPrepare notes to the financial statement & management reportsPrepare VAT & CIT filings with the support of external tax advisorPrepare monthly & annual statistical filingsAssist with the preparation and execution of our annual audit process and providing high quality audit schedules and supporting documentation to our external auditorsPlay an instrumental role into monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accrualsSupport with the cash forecast preparation & working capital optimizationProcess factoring (transmission and reconciliation)Close cooperation with HQ accounting & tax teams and internal Global Finance Support center in BulgariaContribute to further improvement of accounting processesWork on further improvement of process documentation


    PERSONALITY AND COMMITMENT:
    Successfully completed commercial educationExtensive practical experience in the areas of dunning, accounting / customer serviceVery good user knowledge of SAP (modules FI, SD)Confident handling of common MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Fluent in German and very good English skillsHigh level of commitmentOrganized, structured, service oriented and very independent way of workingAssertiveness, reliability and ability to deal with conflicts
