- Administrative support of project and construction management (manage construction site folders, support with construction diaries etc.)
- Organize & contribute to reporting (monthly reports, meeting minutes, construction diary)
- Administrative document processing (capture, copy, scan, distribute, tracking of documents and drawings, filing of documents)
- Entering data into databases & tracking appointments
- Sending plans (e-mail/hard copy)
- Document control
- Preparation of minutes & writing of handover letters
- General administrative duties such as answering phones, mail, ordering office supplies
- Planning and organization of customer visits, events and meetings
- Cooperation with interfaces involved in projects
- Successfully completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in the secretarial or team assistance field
- Strong communication skills and high service orientation
- Organizational talent with independent and reliable working methods
- Hands-on mentality, initiative & motivation
- Very good MS-Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good expressiveness
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- High degree of flexibility, reliability and commitment, willingness to communicate and to work under pressure
