    Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Du implementierst, administrierst und betreibst Projekte für die Applikationen des IT Produkts People & Culture, wobei Dein Fokus auf den Payroll, Compensation und Benefits Prozessen in SAP SuccessFactors liegt
  • Mit externen Dienstleistern koordinierst und betreust Du Änderungen an bestehenden Anwendungen und die Implementierung neuer Anwendungen
  • Die Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Verbesserung eines auf die IT-Anwendung (hauptsächlich SAP SuccessFactors) zugeschnittenen Governance-Modells liegt in Deinen Händen
  • Du unterstützt die Planung neuer unternehmensweiter Services für Business Applikationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Domain Leads, anderen IT-Produkten und den Ländern
  • An der Entwicklung eines formalen Solution Designs wirkst Du mit
  • Gemeinsam mit dem IT Produkt Team trägst Du die Verantwortung für den Betrieb eines oder mehrerer IT-Services (z. B. SAP) im gesamten Unternehmen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Kenngrößen wie Leistung, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit
  • Du analysierst die bestehenden Systeme und konzipierst sowie entwickelst Verbesserungen
  • Als Ansprechpartnerin oder Ansprechpartner und Beraterin oder Berater stehst Du dem Fachbereich bei den Themen Payroll, Compensation und Benefits zur Seite

    • Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast einen Fachhochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung als Applikations-Berater mit Expertenkenntnissen aller zugehöriger Anwendungs- und Integrationstechnologien sowie der Software-Entwicklung im Umfeld der oben genannten Aufgaben zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem IT Produkt Team
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch bringst Du mit
  • Experten-Kenntnisse der jeweiligen Applikations-Prozesse und fundierte Kenntnisse zu den verbundenen Geschäftsprozessen im HR Umfeld gehören zu Deinem Repertoire
  • Die Fähigkeit, offen und konstruktiv mit Geschäftspartnern, externen Dienstleistern und der internen Organisation zu kommunizieren, zählt zu Deinen Stärken
  • Deine internationale Erfahrung in verschiedenen Regionen, Funktionen und Kulturen ist von Vorteil
  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse im IT Projektmanagement runden Dein Profil ab
