- Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung des Business Continuity Managements bei der JobRad GmbH
- Du berätst die Fachbereiche und die Gesellschaften in der JobRad Gruppe im Kontext des Business Continuity Managements und Krisenmanagements
- Du führst Analysen zu regulatorischen Anforderungen des BCM und Umsetzungsmaßnahmen durch
- Du koordinierst die Durchführung des BCM-Regelprozesses
- Du erkennst und behebst Mängel im BCM und erarbeitest Handlungsempfehlungen und Lösungsansätze
- Du unterstützt im Krisenstab und Lagezentrum in Notfällen
- Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung des/der Notfallmanager:in
- Du konzipierst und führst Schulungsmaßnahmen durch
- Du leitest und arbeitest an Projekten der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit und BCM
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik mit Schwerpunkt Risiko- und Sicherheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Continuity Management und internes Kontrollsystem, idealerweise im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen mit
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, analytisch und hast eine gesamtunternehmerische Denkweise
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und belastbar, bist ein Organisationstalent und Teamplayer
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits einige Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln, agile Methoden und Vorgehensweisen sind dir nicht unbekannt
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
