    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Herzlich empfangen und betreuen Sie unsere Kunden und sorgen dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden wohlfühlen
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Koordination und Kundenzuteilung auf dem Salesfloor
  • Als Flächenkoordinator ordnen Sie die Kunden den Kollegen zum Verkauf zu
  • Bei Terminbuchungen unterstützen Sie mit und nehmen Anfragen per Telefon an
  • Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und dem Verkauf
  • Unseren Kunden bieten Sie Getränke an und sorgen für ein gastfreundliches Ambiente
  • Bei administrativen Aufgaben unterstützen Sie das Team

    • Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie/ Hotellerie/Service sind von Vorteil
  • Ein kundenorientiertes und freundliches Auftreten sowie ein gepflegtes Äußeres zeichnen Sie aus
  • Englisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität bzgl. Arbeitseinsätze von Dienstag bis Samstag von Vorteil
  • Sie haben einen Blick für Details und sehen, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird
  • Sie sind teamfähig, flexibel und besitzen eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
  • Stressige Situationen meistern Sie professionell und sind belastbar
