    Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie steuern, überwachen und entwickeln das unternehmensweite Business Continuity Management System, angelehnt an den BSI 200-4 Standard.
  • Die Konzeptionierung und Sicherstellung der Durchführung regelmäßiger Analysen (BIA, Risikoanalyse, Gap-Anale) sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche in der Gestaltung der Notfallvorsorge- und Notfallbewältigungskonzepte fällt in ihren Zuständigkeitsbereich.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CISO und der Geschäftsführung beteiligen Sie sich aktiv an der Entwicklung der Business Continuity Strategie.
  • Sie erstatten regelmäßig Bericht zum aktuellen Stand des BCMS.
  • Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen neben der Konzipierung und Organisation des BCMS die Planung und Koordination der Durchführung von BCM- und IT-Notfallübungen.
  • Sie verantworten die Erstellung und regelmäßige Aktualisierung relevanter Leitlinien, Handbücher und aller damit verbundenen Dokumente.
  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner/-in für interne und externe Prüfer/-innen.

    • Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über einen Studienabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung im BCM-Umfeld.
  • Mit 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung besitzen Sie ein gutes Auffassungsvermögen für technisch komplexe Sachverhalte und zeigen keine Berührungsängste in IT-nahen Themen.
  • Sie haben einen Gestaltungs- und Umsetzungswillen sowie nachgewiesene Methodenkompetenz im BCM-Umfeld durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in BSI 200-4 und/oder ISO 22301.
  • Dank Ihrer guten Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, auch auf Top-Management-Ebene, können Sie komplexe Ideen verständlich vermitteln.
  • Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit unterstützen Sie dabei, effektiv zu arbeiten und mit anderen zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden ihr Profil ab.
