- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse zur Fehleranalyse und -reduktion
- Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der qualitätssichernden Prozesse für Komponenten und Fertigungsartikel
- Durchführung von arbeitsvorbereitenden und qualitätssichernden Tätigkeiten
- Bearbeiten und Durchführen von internen und externen Audits
- Enge zusammenarbeit mit dem Lean Management
- Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Bewertung von Anforderungen
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsinhalten sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder Techniker-/Industriemeisterausbildung vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkten in der Produktionstechnik oder Produktionsplanung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung eines produzierenden Unternehmens sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Dokumenten, Reklamationsmanagement und im Durchführen von Audits
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
