- You are responsible for cell design components, covering requirements, design, quality, cost, deadlines, and documentation
- You plan, manage, supervise, and execute national and international (development) projects for cell design components, collaborating with research institutes and suppliers
- You manage suppliers throughout the component lifecycle
- You actively participate in internal and external meetings and committees
- You handle release and change management processes
- You create, select, and implement suggestions for the continuous improvement of the components
- You optimize development methodologies, whether experimental or simulative
- You hold an excellent university degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, materials science, physics, or a similar discipline
- You have several years of industrial experience in high-volume production businesses
- You have skills in CAD, CAE, and/or experimental areas such as testing, validation, and certification
- You demonstrate proficiency in basic programming, data analysis, and the use of MS Office and/or ERP systems
- You have knowledge in electrochemistry, particularly in areas such as water electrolysis, fuel cells, batteries, or corrosion
- You are proactive, independent, and accountable
- You excel in organization, coordination, communication, and teamwork
- You are fluent in both German and English
