    Global Key Market Manager (m/w/d) - Water

    Ihre Aufgaben

    Die Vertriebsaktivitäten in unseren Key Markets wollen wir weiter vorantreiben und diese weltweit koordinieren und stärken. Informationsflüsse zwischen den Standorten sollen damit systematisiert und professionalisiert werden, um Synergien zu nutzen, Wissen zu verteilen. Der Fokus der Key Market Manager liegt auf der globalen Koordination in Vertrieb und Produkt(weiter)entwicklung und auf Markt-Research, Trend Scouting, der Identifikation von potenziellen Kunden und dem Informationsfluss zu und von der Produktentwicklung/Anwendungstechnik. Der Key Market Manager berichtet an die globale Marksegmentleitung und arbeitet eng mit den Tochtergesellschaften zusammen.

    • Koordination des globalen Vertriebs innerhalb des Key Markets in Abstimmung mit der Marktsegmentleitung
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Teams sowie der Marktsegmentleitung und dem Vorstand
    • Vertriebscontrolling (Planung, Steuerung, Reporting) innerhalb des Key Markets global
    • Strategieentwicklung für den Key Market in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management (global & lokal)
    • Dokumentation aller verfügbaren Marktintelligenz für den Key Market, Durchführung von Marktforschung und Segmentierung
    • Identifikation von neuen Einsatzbereichen und Zielbereichen für die GKD-Gruppe als Expansionschance innerhalb des Key Markets
    • Formulierung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marktstrategien für den Key Markets
    • Erschließen neuer Anwendungen und Ausbauen des Produktportfolios, Abstimmung mit der Produktentwicklung
    • Erarbeitung und Präsentation von Geschäftsmodellen sowie von Produktanforderungen für neue Produktangebote
    • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Produkteinführungen, einschließlich Produktpositionierung, Kommunikation und Wettbewerbsabgrenzung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Marketingabteilung.
    • Aktive Teilnahme an Messen (als Aussteller, Besucher oder Vortragender)
    • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Schulungen für den Vertrieb mit Schwerpunkt auf den wichtigsten Verkaufsargumenten und der Differenzierung gegenüber den Mitbewerbern
    • Aktive Unterstützung der Länderorganisationen bei ihren Markteintrittsvorbereitungen – von der Geschäftsplanung über Vertriebsprozesse bis hin zu Marketingkampagnen

    Ihr Profil

    • Sie haben ein/e kaufmännische/s oder technische/s Studium/Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, oder verfügen über Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich bzw. in dieser Tätigkeit
    • Sie verfügen über kaufmännisches Verständnis und haben ein hohes Interesse an technischen Anwendungen und innovativen Technologien
    • Sie verfügen über 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Markt bzw. in dieser Tätigkeit
    • Als offener und kommunikativer Teamplayer gehen Sie auf andere zu
    • Sie bringen eine nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft mit.
    • Sie verfügen über die Fähigkeit, Markttrends zu erkennen und Marktspezifische Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit zu entwickeln
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
    • Kenntnisse in CRM und Projektmanagement wünschenswert
    • Aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung der Funktion sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig, Ihr Englisch ist verhandlungssicher
