Responsibilities
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data on crane demand, competitive situation, market size, and growth trends in the European market, and updating the market database in a timely manner.
Tracking policies, regulations, industry dynamics, and market changes in the European market, providing timely feedback to company management, and proposing response strategies.
Understanding the market characteristics and customer demands in various European countries, providing reference opinions for product positioning and market promotion strategies for the company.
Analyzing competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies, identifying competitive advantages and opportunities, and proposing response strategies.
Assisting the sales team in conducting market research and customer interviews, understanding customer needs and feedback, and providing suggestions for product improvement and development.
Regularly writing market analysis reports and market forecast reports, reporting to management, and providing data support for company strategy formulation.
Assisting in formulating marketing and promotion plans for the company in the European market, tracking execution effectiveness, and making timely adjustments and optimizations to strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields, with a background in crane machinery industry and market analysis experience.
More than 5 years of work experience in crane market insights or market analysis field, with experience in the European market preferred.
Excellent data analysis skills and market research techniques, proficient in using market research methods and tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with people at different levels and backgrounds.
Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in other official languages of the European Union is a plus.
Strong teamwork spirit and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and face challenges.
