    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. MARKET RESEARCH:

    1.1.Carry out internal investigations by store checking in the different EU markets, and gathering direct feedback/information from top retailers in EU in order to understand, among others: the industry trends, potential opportunities for our company, competition patterns, core demands of customers and users, experience elements and main purchase decision-making factors.

    1.2.Coordinate external investigations with third parties, for our different EU markets.

    1.3. Output periodic market analysis reports.

    2. PRODUCT PLANNING:

    Based on the research stated in point 1, as well as the ideas and strategies of our China Team:

    2.1 Explore opportunities and convert them into product needs in order to make our existing or planned products more suitable for EU.

    2.2. Provide new ideas of products and categories for EU. Form a feasible conceptual plan, and output the right product roadmap for our region.

    3. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Support all BUs in all points needed to ensure our products are successfully launched in EU, and correctly managed through out their lifecyce. This support includes but is not limited to concept, business analysis, and coordinating the product trial before or even after its launch.

    4. PRODUCT SALES: Clarify target market segments *STP, positioning and brand strategies, be familiar with marketing strategies and tools and methods, monitor the implementation of marketing plans, and support marketing efforts.

    5. PRODUCT TRAINING:

    Act as EU's product expert, providing training to distributors, agencies and other suppliers, KOLs, and any other parties when needed. Prepare the training material and customize for each market or retailer as needed.

    6. OTHERS: Act as liason between China product team and EU team.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1. 100% written and oral English and German. Additional European languages will be an advantage.

    2. University Degree either in

    ----research, statistics, journalism

    ----engineering, design, machinery, electronics, automation and other science and engineering related majors.

    3. At least 5 working either as:

    ---researcher

    ---product manager in consumer electronics

    4. Proactive; motivated; customer orientation; integrity; sense of responsibility; strong execution.

    5. Must have logical thinking and business sense.

    6. Highly organized and structured.

    7. Team player And must be able to work with multicultural team.

    8. Flexibility to have meetings at night or very early in the morning, to match China's or USA's time zone.

    9. Flexibility to travel within Europe frequently. Eventually China or USA.

    10. Willing to work: 4 days in the office (located Dusseldorf), 1 day work from home.
