Ihre Aufgaben:
Planung und Durchführung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungen
Kaufmännische Mitarbeit, Planung und Kontrolle bei der Abwicklung von Projekten sowie Bearbeitung des Nachtrags- und Claim Managements in Abstimmung mit den technischen Verantwortlichen
Durchführung von Verhandlungs- und Vergabegesprächen sowie Nachverhandlungen
Mitarbeit bei der Budgetplanung und Verantwortung für die Kontrolle der Budgetumsetzung und - einhaltung
Fachliche Führung der zugeordneten kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Bereich Finanzen / Controlling), kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann) mit Zusatzqualifikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bestenfalls im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik
Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft
Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und in der VOB sowie SAP-Kenntnisse
Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, Teamgeist sowie Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
