Die Heinzinger Automotive GmbH ist Teil der National Instruments Unternehmensgruppe. Sie entwickelt, fertigt und vertreibt Energierückspeisesysteme für Prüfstände in der E-Mobilität, Batteriesimulation und -test.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit eine/n:
**Team Assistant (m/w/d)**
für die Abteilung Auftragszentrum in der Heinzinger Automotive GmbH

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen von Eingang bis Auslieferung (Auftragszentrum)
- Erstellen von Monatsabschlüssen
- Disposition und Bestellabwicklung für unsere Roh-, Hilfs
- und Betriebsstoffe sowie Büromaterialien
- Einholen und Pflegen von Angeboten
- Vergleichen von Soll-/Ist Terminen und einpflegen bzw. verfolgen von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Überwachung von Beständen und Lieferterminen
- Anforderung von Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen sowie Erfassen von Zolltarifnummern
- Durchführung von Rechnungsprüfungen
- Erstellen von Lieferantenmahnungen
- Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System

**Ihr Profil**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im industriellen Einkauf
- Routinierter Umgang mit den materialwirtschaftlichen Modulen eines ERP-Systems sowie gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte strukturierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse des allgemeinen Vertragsrechts im Einkauf
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
