- Du bist für die Koordination eingehender Kundenanfragen und für die telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Verbraucheranfragen und Reklamationen überwiegend aus dem B2B Bereich verantwortlich (Copack, FRoSTA Foodservice, FRoSTA Production Partnering).
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt du bei FRoSTA Verbraucher:innen Reklamationen (B2C) und gibst Input für eine verbraucherzentrierte Kommunikation.
- Dazu arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen insbesondere der Qualitätssicherung, dem Marketing, dem Einkauf und dem Produktmanagement zusammen (standortübergreifend). Du kannst zu deiner eigentlichen Tätigkeit in FRoSTA-übergreifenden Projekten mitarbeiten.
- Du bist ein aktiver Teil unserer Digitalisierungsreise im Customer Support und in der Qualitätssicherung. Remote Work ist bereits jetzt möglich.
- Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ökotrophologie oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen, alternativ mindestens eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung.
- Erste Erfahrung in den oben genannten Aufgaben und in der Kommunikation mit Kunden konntest du bereits sammeln, gerne auch durch Praktika. Dabei hast du Kommunikationsgeschick und bist verantwortungsbewusst und flexibel.
- Du bist sicher & smart in der digitalen FRoSTA-Welt unterwegs (SAP, MS Office (inklusive Teams, Sharepoint und Co.) und du hast Lust auf neue (digitale) Themen & Projekte.
- Neben einer sehr guten mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdrucksweise in deutscher Sprache bringst du sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse mit.
