- Du startest nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung bei uns im Team rund um das Live-Playout und die Distribution aller Programme von RTL Deutschland
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den 24 Stunden Live-Sendebetrieb
- Du bist zuständig für Live-Shows und Live-Sport-Events "on air"
- Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen Team zusammen mit Produkt- und Programmplanung und sorgst dafür, dass Produkte und Programme in hoher Qualität und störungsfrei bei allen Nutzer:innen und Zuschauer:innen ankommen
- Du übernimmst auch die Überwachung unseres Streaming-Angebots RTL+
- Du bist für die Betreuung und den Betrieb von technischen Anlagen und Systemen zur Verbreitung über Internet, IPTV, Kabel und Satellit zuständig
- Du arbeitest im Team an spannenden Projekten zur technischen Infrastruktur, Weiterentwicklung der Workflows und unterstützt uns in der Transformation des Technikbereiches
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes medientechnisches Studium, eine medientechnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Streaming-Angeboten, elektronischen Medien oder zur Unterhaltungselektronik
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der digitalen Fernseh- und Videotechnik
- Du hast Erfahrung und gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT, insbesondere der Server- und Netzwerktechnik sowie mit IP-Technologien
- Da hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen und in Stresssituationen den Überblick zu bewahren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

Dein Team
Du startest im Bereich RTL Live-Playout und Distribution, der mit ca. 36 motivierten und aufgeschlossenen Kolleg:innen operativ für alle Programmsender von RTL Deutschland zuständig ist. Du wirst Teil eines 8 bis 10 Personen umfassenden Teams sein und hier eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit weitreichender Rolle einnehmen. Unser Team arbeitet intensiv an wichtigen Entscheidungen zur Transformation unseres Technikbereichs und treibt effizientes und modernes Arbeiten voran. Teamspirit ist uns elementar wichtig – nur gemeinsam können wir viel erreichen und eine der zentralsten Abteilungen im Unternehmen sein.
