- Responsible for building a team in Germany and gradually expanding across the entire Europe region.
- Developing and leading project logistics freight forwarding division to grow the business in Germany and other European markets.
- Developing a new Project logistics vertical to cater to OOG, Break Bulk, chartering of the vessel and dry van business on forwarding.
- Managing all teams for Business and preparing all strategies on higher level– commercials, Sales, Pricing and Customer Service.
- Developing a long term business plan, getting the same approved from HQ, execute the same including developing robust team and proper financial management.
- Driving P&L and Balance Sheet
- Brand Management in your region.
- Understanding core trade products and trade lanes of the Group and developing the same in the German market.
- Managing long term customer relations.
- In-charge for overall bookkeeping and compliances.
- Proven leadership experience within freight forwarding / project logistics, preferably working directly for 3PL's / Freight Forwarders
- Strategically minded
- Strong operational and commercial experience with project cargo - OOG, Break Bulk, Heavy Lift etc.
- Fluency in German & English
