About the role:


As a Team Leader Strategic Partnerships you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for new partner acquisition & Key account management of strategic Online Travel partnerships.

You will be accountable for Talixo's main growth contributing segment, making this role critical to the company's success. You will be responsible for your team's KPIs, Targets and establishing Best Practices.


The ability to set up and execute a strategic growth plan, ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team, a get-things-done attitude and the ability to develop profitable long-term partnerships with both internal and external partners and stakeholders will be key to your success in the role.

You will be reporting to the Head of Global Sales.


Responsibilities:

Leading the Retail Partnerships team of Strategic Partnerships Managers & Customer Success Managers by setting & overseeing strategic direction

  • Responsible for the team to
    meet and exceed goals based on new partner acquisition, ride volume, revenue and other OKRs
-
Create operational structure, establish and track clear goals & KPIs, analyze business growth, market trends and other key metrics to identify trends, drive new business opportunities, and ensure resolution of business challenges

Leads: In charge for building up & maintaining high quality and focused lead pipelines for team members

Closing: Train and support team with closing tactics to maintain good partner launch pace

  • In charge of alignment, interdepartmental projects and removing roadblocks across business functions (e.g. pricing, Customer Service, product, finance,...)
  • Establish and maintain successful business practices for acquiring & managing strategic partners by positioning its key products

Being a key product stakeholder for Talixo's products for new features, improvements and bug fixes

Coordinating Partners implementation

Directly manage and drive success for selected Key Partners

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated
    skill & proven success in building teams,
    team management, effective team structures, and building and developing strong interpersonal relations with Partners and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated
    experience in Business Development, Account Management:

  • Strong analytical skills to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects

Ability to develop a strategy, communicate it clearly and get buy-in and support to execute against growth goals

  • Proven track record as a
    selfstarter who can execute in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment:

  • Highly motivated and engaged team builder with the ability to coach and mentor team members

5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in Business Development, Key Account or Strategic partnership roles. Experience in Online Travel is a major plus

3+ years of experience managing and leading highly effective teams with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
